William I. Donnelly Mr. Donnelly is president of
Bac2Profit, LLC. He is a Fellow of the
Institute for Independent Business. He is also a
Managing Director of

He built an infrastructure for two rapidly growing companies to handle their growth by aligning services with customer expectations that enabled the company to focus on key drivers of return on capital. He balanced service levels with customer expectations as key to maximizing target margins and reducing internal costs. He has attracted angel funding for a start-up software engineering company. Industry experience includes manufacturing, wholesale, import, distribution and retail. He earned his B.A. in Accounting at Loyola College, MD. and completed post graduate studies in finance and operations.

Paul Harvey Mr. Harvey is a
Managing Director of
TouchStone Strategies. He is also an Accredited Executive Associate of the
Institute for Independent Business. He provides his expertise and support to
TouchStone Strategies with respect to its clients needs relating to acquisitions, divestitures or exit strategies and offers a comprehensive effort for due diligence related to these matters.
Mr. Harvey holds an MBA in Finance and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the PMI Organization. He has twenty years experience in Financial Services Industry and more than twelve years experience starting and operating small businesses as CEO and CFO. Mr. Harvey has relevant industry experience in the Agriculture (Vineyard and Winery), Engineering, Non-Profit.
Core competencies include: General Management/ Financial Management / Project Management/ Mediation/ Facilitation/ Constraints Analysis/ SWOT Analysis/ Vision, Mission and Goal Setting. Additional experience pertains to relocation, debt financing, business reengineering and conflict resolution, a self-taught practitioner of TOC - the theory of constraints.
Michael J. Marinaccio Dr. Marinaccio is President of Zephyr Consulting Group, an independent business advisory firm and an Executive Associate of The Institute for Independent Business, a not-for-profit research and accreditation organization committed to helping Small and Medium sized Businesses (SMBs) address and resolve their individual business problems. He provides his expertise and support to

Dr. Marinaccio has a broad and extensive business background having over 30 years experience as a senior executive and management consultant, working with some of the largest business enterprises in the country. He has experience in all aspects of business operations, including: strategic planning, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, operations management, quality control, human resource management, facility management, and technology management. He has planned and executed major downsizing, consolidation, and re-engineering programs. He has managed large-scale organizations and projects across local, regional, national, and international venues.
Dr. Marinaccio has both B.S. and M.B.A. degrees in Finance and a Ph. D. He serves on the faculty of the Metropolitan College of New York as an Adjunct Professor of Management in the Graduate Business Program.
