Ronald W. Bird founded TouchStone Strategies to fill a void in the marketplace for services such as Exit Strategies, Valuations and Merger & Acquisition Advisors focused on small to medium size businesses.

Mr. Bird worked in the banking industry for 22 years (most recently with an $100 billion asset bank on Wall St.) and spent several years in the valuation industry working on numerous bank acquisitions. The total acquisition value of Mr. Bird's assignments is in excess of $1.0 billion.

He has also held senior accounting and finance positions for nine years in manufacturing. Mr. Bird earned both an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

The Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors has awarded its Acceditation to Mr. Bird. The accreditation recognizes Mr. Bird's formal training, years of experience in the field and the size and number of transactions with his involvement either on the sale side or the buy side.
